Is there any way in Shopify (or via a 3rd party app) that I can set up for my customers to choose the shipping method for each item in their cart (like Home Depot shipping in the pictures below)? As far as I know, Shopify now only supports one shipping method per checkout (either all pick-up or all shipping).

Hello @BuuPhan , as far as I know, this is not possible.
One more point to note is that Shopify Checkout is customizable only on Shopify Advanced plans, which may not be affordable for all merchants.
Hi Mirdas, thank you for your input. Do you know if there are any ways we can display a text under each product in the cart, such as “this item is only available for shipping now”, or “this item is only available for pick-up now”, so that the customers would know what items to remove in their cart. The problem I am having right now is that if a customer puts 1 shipping-only item and 1 pickup-only item in the same cart, they won’t be able to check out and there are no notification or message to tell them what’s to do.
You can try different shipping profiles and check combined shipping rates at checkout.
