We are in the need for an app that would create following discounts that could be applied at the same time. Also the app needs to be able to allow more than two decimal discounts:
Line item volume discount
Cart total discount
-Shipping discount
Does anyone know this type of app that would allow all.
For some reason all of the apps I have tried so far cannot apply both cart level and line item level discounts at the same time.

Small limitations we have: If you use both, Line item volume discount + Cart total discount, final discount will be calculated and displayed as subtotal on checkout page. We only can display discounts per line item if Cart total discount is not used.
Do you want automatic or code based discount?
In case if you want Code discount, single code for example “testCode” will work for all types of discounts, but for shipping, customers need to apply also “testCode - shipping” code. This is a case only for input on checkout page, from input in our widget (if you decide to use widget), single code will work for shipping also.
For automatic discount we do not have this limitation.

Yes, BOGOS app can:
Offer all the above I mentioned at the same time. It can combine with other type of discounts too
Offer more than two decimal discounts cart total discount. Example 
For the shipping discount → you can use Shopify native discount to create your free shipping, but as far as I know Shopify Discount doesn’t allow two decimal discount.

Yes, the app allows to apply the Line item discount and Cart total created through the app in the same order, you also have the option in the app to combine these discounts with Shipping discounts setup in Shopify.
Regarding more than 2 decimal discounts, we can provide an option in the app to enter more than 2 digits while creating discounts, but on the Shopify store, Amount will always be in rounded to 2 decimal digits.
