Looking for email app to send upsell offers post purchase

Hey ya! I am seeking a Shopify app that sends upsell emails based on purchases. If you buy ground coffee, you might need paper filters; I offer those on the post-paid page. If the user proceeds and skips it, I will email the filter offer again post-purchase as an upsell. What app does that? Klaviyo doesn’t; inbuilt Shopify automation needs the specific triggers I need; ReConvert is only on page up/sell. No emails. Does anyone know an app that does that? Cheers!

Have you tried sending post-purchase videos via email?

There’s a new app on the appstore called Bonjoro that lets you send quick video emails based on purchase events. E.g. Someone purchases ground coffee → you send a video thanking them and mentioning other products they might be interested in.

Could be a cool way of doing things. Would help with repeat purchase rates and reviews too.

Hey @Flow23 , did you find a solution? I’ve been checking ReConvert and Rebuy, and I don’t think they are doing it.
I’m looking at a solution that would do
1/ customer validates order
2/ The app sends an email with a post-purchase offer like “Get 10% discount and add this to your order”
3/ If customer validates, the original order is updated.
(ideally) without having to re-enter payment method
(or) re-paying through a checkout link on this order
