Hello there @LFoodocracy My personal recommendation in order to avoid scammers or incompetence or any issues during the work process is to hire a freelancer with a verified profile on a platform such as Upwork and set up a contract which would be guarded by an escrow payment system, meaning that your funds would not be disbursed until certain agreed targets are met and fulfilled.
