Looking for the product filter app that this site uses

Hi, everyone.
I am looking for a product filter with the same function as the one used on this site.

I installed “Filter Menu by Power Tools” because it looked similar in design
It didn’t work out well. So I want to know what kind of app the filter is using here.

If anyone knows what kind of app it is, please let me know
