Anytime I create a dropdown on the main menu, then link doesn’t work on the page link.
For example on the website - www.highlandsnatural.com.au > ‘Products’ in the main menu doesn’t go anywhere, but all the links in the dropdown work. Same thing happens for ‘Beef Cheat Sheet’ in main menu - it doesn’t link to a page, but all the links in the drop down work.
I have triple checked that the link is correct in the Navigation setup.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked and I see the links are working fine. By the way I am checking on mobile. I believe you must be having trouble with the desktop version, right??

did you custom code the hover menu? or did that come with the theme?
a lot of the time the main menu header does not click when it has sub links under it. you could change some code so it is a clickable link to a more general collection. that is if your theme does not have that functionality.
you may have to ask Fluorescent Design Inc. as they made the theme, not Shopify
conversely you could just add an All Products link at the top or bottom under Products for example
Yes I have experienced this in the desktop version where once you add drop-down links the main menu link does not work as a link and you have to add a bit of code to make it work like a link and drop-down only opens when you click the caret down icon.
If you need me to add the necessary code I will need collaborator access to your store since you are using a paid theme and code base is different for different themes.

Hey @XUCK you are on a paid theme and I test things out on my development store which only allows to edit free themes by Shopify, not paid ones. So I will need collaborator access to your store to edit code.
