Managed Pricing Plan Selection page back button not working in iOS Shopify App

While using the iOS Shopify App, when in any App’s managed pricing plan selection page, the back button brings you back to the plan selection page.

This is a problem for whenever you want to suggest merchants to change plans, because if you send them to the plan selection page, they have no way out other than choosing another plan, or exiting the app, shall they decide they want to continue with their current plan.

I saw a similar issue in any application charge page: if you try to navigate to another page of the app, the navigation will not happen.

I am experiencing these issues only while using the iOS app. When using the browser, both on desktop and mobile, everything works.

Does anyone experience the same issue?

Hi @roccoghielmini

Make sure that your Shopify app is up to date. Try to uninstall and install the application and restart your device. That should fix the error.

I just tried and it did not fix the error.

clicking the back arrow button brings you back to the same “plan selection” page, and clicking on any app link just does nothing
