We have a list of third-party payment providers in Peru that you can take a look at here — have you gone through the list before or are familiar with any of the payment providers listed there?
If all of the providers are new to you, I highly recommend that you do a research into them to see which one will suit your business needs best. As they’re all built and operated outside of the Shopify platform, just a note that you’ll need to contact the payment providers directly as they’re best equipped to answer any specific questions you may have about their offering. Some providers should also have a landing page with more information for you to peruse — dLocal, for example has this page available with more details on what they offer for sellers in Peru.
After choosing a payment provider for your store, you’ll be able to integrate this onto your Shopify account by navigating to Settings > Payments > Click Add payment methods under the Additional payment methods section. From there, you can click on the Search by provider heading, and click on the search bar to select your preferred payment gateway. More information on adding an alternative payment method is available on this help guide.
Once you’ve set up your payment provider, just a reminder to test out your store’s checkout to ensure that the payment gateway is operating smoothly and as intended. Your specific payment provider should have a guide that you can follow to put your gateway on test mode, otherwise you can also follow this guide to place a test order on your store.
