We are just setting up based of the UAE and we have significant client base in both the EU and Russia. Does Shopify have the ability to facilitate sales to both regions as well as shipping options?
You can offer / sell to anyone in the world, and ship anywhere that your shipping carriers ship to.
For shipping options, it depends where you’re shipping from and what the local carriers in that region offer.
I used to have a Shopify store with primary customer base in US, UK + EU, Australia, Canada. We shipped to all of them. For the EU and UK orders, we stored inventory in Amazon FBA accounts, then routed the fulfillment of orders from those countries to Amazon.
