Flexport on the other hand is a 3P solution that lets you track the movement of your goods across the entire supply chain, where you can book and track freight shipments, collaborate with your suppliers, and more.

Its a great option if you want to streamline shipping operations by just using Shopify’s built-in capabilities to manage, fulfill and ship your orders. We have great rates with top carriers across Canada, US, UK, France, Spain, Italy, and Australia.
Flexport is a more comprehensive supply chain management solution for merchants with more complex fulfillment requirements like product prep, freight services, inventory storage, etc.
Hey there, thanks for reaching out! This feature is available now, you can navigate to your online store settings and select Customize checkout. With that being said, this feature is only available to Shopify Plus merchants at this time. More details can be found in this help center doc
