Hello everyone!

I am reaching out with the hope anyone will be able to share some thoughts on our new webshop development plans.

Currently we are developing a new Shopify webshop to modernize ourselves and to hopefully undo ourselves of a solid part of our current workload.

The front-end is shaping up nicely, but we still have some doubts about the back-end system of our new Shopify based operation. We are a huge warehouse like store within the clothing and lingerie niche, where we handle thousands of products and hunderd of thousands of product variants. With this Shopify store we will be starting fresh with the products, but there will still be many more than to count.

Currently our product creation/importation process is a slow and manual process of spitting through supplier spreadsheets and manually copy and pasting all the data into our own PIM (Product Information Management) system. This takes ages with even image editing and watermarking being a manual task.

From the start of our project we’ve had an eye on the Matrixify app which looks like the possible solution we need for our new Shopify adventures. However, with limited testing and not being live or ready to go yet there are just a couple of questions about Matrixify’s capabilities and options we haven’t been able to pin down just yet. Next to that we are just extremely curious how anyone else has experienced using Matrixify in practice.

I hope you can share your experience with, or just knowledge about Matrixify with us so we can get a better feel of other people’s thoughts on the app.

Down here are most of our automation wishes we hope Matrixify will be able to assist in.

Bulk Product Importation: Simplifying the import process through smart spreadsheet automation.

Automatic Price Adjustments: Enabling quick adjustments with a single click or automated daily updates.

Automated Stockkeeping: Syncing stock quantities between Shopify and our custom PIM system, with daily updates and automatic exports after each sale.

Custom Workflows: Creating advanced logic based on event triggers to streamline operations.

I hope any of you will be able to share any insights.

I am aware that all these 4 things are pretty much possible with Matrixify, but I am just looking at other people’s experiences and thoughts on our needs of Matrixify.
