Mega Menu doesn't show image, just in preview - Palo Alto Theme

Hello,

i have an issue showing image into the mega menu, i’ll attach some example;

Works fine in preview but not in Live:

probabily could be some backend settings, seems like i need to enable secondary menu for that, but i could be wrong.
