Your policy on the website, kinda sucks, really sucks, do not use Shopify premade policy, because it is not compliant with google policy. you need to create your own.

Google Merchant Center is the data feed processing area for Google Shopping.

You are quoting a post that is months old IE October 2010, if you look at my article it is after that post-September.

I have thousands of posts, if I have to update all my posts when Google changes their info, I would be doing nothing else than editing.

I can confirm that Drop Shipping is not a reason for suspension by my Community Manager at Google Ads Community.

Your suspension is most likely due to multiple websites, generally 1 business = 1 website.

Especially if you have overlapping search terms, then this is considered abuse of ad network.

Also Google as of April 2020 uses 3rd party resources to check your trust factor. So there are a lot more requirements after April 2020, compared to before.

My advise to you, do not use old posts, even if its just 1 month as correct. Always check if old posts are still valid to avoid getting yourself thinking the wrong info.

With the ever-changing policies, Google has a lot of updates every month.

Also there is no such mention of your warehouse. Make sure to read the policy as it is written as otherwise, yes you will assume wrongly. If you look at the specific policy, it states Promoting products that are not stocked. It does not specify warehouse. And I will not update my info based on unverified user info. My articles are based on Google’s official documentation and Google’s Community Managers info.

I have checked everything many times and checked with support too but for
some reason I dont get approved . Error is "misrepresentation "

Could it be because my e mail id doesn’t match my domain or because i offer
shipping outside australia too in my shipping policy but dont have a fixed
rate or policy for it ?

For example you have no contact page in the footer of all your pages. While yes, you have it in the header, it also needs to be in the footer.

Has anyone ever been able to get out of the misrepresentation ban?

I have hired a Shopping specialist, given all necessary info, refund information, verified everything, made sure my business is on Google My Business etc. but after requesting a review, within an instant it was denied. I doubt anyone is even reviewing these, it seems like an automatic check.

Originally Shopping worked and all my customers received their items without problems, I don’t know why they feel the need to ban the store.

Emailing Google gets no responses, so should I just shut down my whole site? Will I ever be able to allowed to advertise on Google again? Does anyone have any clue?

missrepresentation.

I would not do that, your website is not even finished. You will still get suspended.

Google has very high requirements and you need to go above and beyond in adding and fixing requirements. You can read my previous posts to check which policies you should read.

What else is not finished ? I have added 'contact us ’ in the footer.
Support told me everything else is fine.

May be it’s something in the GMC account? Shipping settings , feed etc ?

Simply changing a few things on the site will not resolve the issue and you need to analyze the whole account to resolve every violation. This takes a lot of time.

Everything in this thread is total bullcrap..

Google has checked my irs ein documents, business formation documents, business licenses, website, tax id number and all via video chat that I had with google 2 months ago..

I verified my business was a legal entity and registered with the state of Alabama 2 months ago with google via video chat..

The google representative never showed his face but my face was the only face on the screen as I could hear others in the background whispering..

To say that google is suspending accounts because of people not really having legal businesses is straight up bull..

Google is suspending ads accounts for the sole purpose of destroying small businesses for the agenda 21 new world order way of doing things which is to make everyone slaves and poor except for those whom are already rich and wealthy..

Google will not give anyone their accounts back whom is a threat to their rich business buddies..

Not everyone is a threat to nike, not everyone is a threat to wayfair but those of us who are a threat because we have great minds are those who are suspended..

Google will allow you to advertise if they know your business isn’t going anywhere but those of us whom have figured out the keys to success, google has black listed..

You see when you have wealthy buddies whom you party with and they talk in secretly among each other about how can you get rid of my competitors..

Then manna seems to bribe its way to a position of influence..

Lobbying has killed small businesses..

You all can keep listening to the so called google expert but I doubt he can help any of your situations..

The only way you can advertise on google is if google feels your company won’t last, so they’ll help you close down quicker by sucking away your funds for being desperate to advertise with them..

The only companies who have solid advertising accounts with google are fortune 500 companies as they are on the front pages of every google product search and free listing..

You all need to realize that the new international order is currently active and they are not running drills any longer..

According to agenda 2030 the end game.. America must be removed from it’s high and lofty powerful and wealthy throne and other poorer countries must rise and gain wealth..

Basically the elites and the black pope said america is done for..

I am setting up a class action lawsuit against google for denying US merchants from advertising on google..
I can’t find a lawyer who will take the case as I have contacted and spoken to many lawyers about this issue..
They are all afraid to sue google or alphabet inc as if alphabet inc will ruin their lives if they try to sue..
I’m sure we as merchants and small business owners can take our cases as a class action lawsuit to the supreme Court and sue alphabet inc for millions and or billions..
Our products nor our websites are in violation of Google’s policies..
Google just does not want small businesses to survive..
Google allows foreign and chinese companies to advertise all across google but us US merchants are all having our accounts suspended without a reasonable explanation..
The reason google hasn’t given any of us any reasonable explanation is because google doesn’t have one..
Google is stomping on our constitutional rights as business owners operating in america..
I will need at least 500 merchants who would want to join this class action lawsuit against google..

We have a better success rate and support from Google to activate a Merchant Center for your store and run your Shopping ads.

But just to be clear, it depends on the issue that caused the suspension. If for example, your account was suspended because you’re selling counterfeit or fake products, then nothing will help.
