Hi, I have Prestige theme V4 and upgraded to V10… I have a lot of customization and apps on my current theme, and wondering what the simplest process would be to transfer everything over to the new theme version?

Make the list of the customization you did and which you want to move over to the updated theme.
Provide the list to the developer or call the previous developer so he/she can start moving the customization to the updated version.
But here maybe they have to do additional changes to make the customization compatible with updated version because you are updating from v4 to v10
