I’ve been wanting to try the SEO.hidden metafield and I’ve been seeing a lot of videos and posts that shows the Namespace and Key section, but for some reason I can’t see it on my end. Is there something wrong?
Seems like the Shopify UI for this has been updated recently. It looks like you now need to enter a name first, which automatically generates a corresponding key with the customnamespace, however once you enter the name you can also click on the custom.key to manually change the value. See example

It is due to the UI update by shopify, If you type in name then a detail will show up below it, you can click on that then namespace and key section will appear
You can put seo.hidden in that
also, please choose number as field type
for resources, to make seo hidden, put 1 in their corresponding metafield
