We’ve just rolled out a July update to the Mixtable Spreadsheet Bulk Editor — the Excel-like spreadsheet that stays in sync with your Shopify store — and wanted to share what’s new.
New “Action” Columns
Type a value in an Action Column and Mixtable will run the matching action on the next sync. Add or remove tags, shuffle products in/out of manual collections, and more — all without leaving the sheet.
Related Data, Finally
Pull data from related objects (e.g., sum all variant inventory to see a product’s total stock) or surface product-level details inside an Orders sheet. Perfect for quick roll-ups and one-sheet dashboards. Think vlookups on steroids, but built-in.
Bulk-edit B2B Prices
Fixed and compare-at prices from Shopify’s B2B catalogs can now be loaded straight into a worksheet and mass-edited like any other column.
Collection Sales Channels
You can sync each collection’s active sales channels into Mixtable — and flip them on/off right from your spreadsheet.
New Templates & Smarter Filters
Fresh workbook templates (including a pre-filtered “Unfulfilled Orders” view) plus the option to filter Order Line Item sheets based on data from the parent Order — handy for custom pick/pack lists.
