Does Shopify actually read these comments? I’m new to this, it’s the 3rd of the month and still no end of month reports available.

It takes about 10 days for you to see this.

I agree, this takes too long to show up. They need to fix it.

Ours usually shows up a few days later, but for June 2022 we have been waiting and waiting. It’s now July 11 and still no data. I’m emailing Shopify Support. Our auditors cannot wait any longer for this info.

I think you mean July 11th, I actually reached out to support and got on chat yesterday about it and they said they are working to resolve this. I can usually run the report 3 to 4 days after the month closes.

We’re waiting on this report too… it’s doesn’t look professional that Shopify doesn’t provide a response to any of the comments.

I gave up and chose to go with an app - Data Export Reports. Yes, the app is another add on. However, for $10/month (if you are on the Basic Shopify Plan), you get a TON of reports that are not available to you through Shopify. You get much more detail with the Inventory reports plus sales reports, sales tax reports, vendor reports, customer reports, shipping reports, billing reports, and more. Plus within each of those broad report options, there are sub-reports as related to the broader report. They have a 15 day free trial and I would encourage you to try it. https://apps.shopify.com/data-export
Related to inventory reports available using the app, you can get run an inventory at any point in time - including current.

Opened a ticket, other than recommending another 3rd party not much information - not even a fix date or something. Not funny…

I just downloaded it too, will give it a try. Checked the shopify reports again today, still nothing
It’s the 18th and our June month-end inventory snapshot report is still not loading…anyone else have any luck?
No luck either, so frustrating.

I downloaded this and selected the date of June 30th and it doens’t work, I messaged the app company and they said they can’t pull inventory or valuation snapshots in the past. they got a lot of good reports, but this is what I’m looking for, they suggested running an inventory report today and then a sales report from 7.1 to today and add the 2 to get June EOM report. Its very tedious merging excel files, but you can import a product catalog with costs and then merge that and then get to what you need.
Any IT process relying on Excel is a broken process…
