Moving Menu Bar to the bottom of Screen for easy accessibility on Mobile Dawn theme

Hi does anyone know how to move the Menu navigation bar to the button of the mobile version of the Dawn theme for easy accessibility?

I believe I will have to code it. If anyone is kind enough to supply the code and where to place it, I would greatly appreciate it!
