Moving Partial Inventory

We shipped some of our inventory from one warehouse to our new one in order to ship these SKUs to Canada. Since we didn’t ship ALL of the inventory, though, Shopify isn’t allowing us to move partial inventory to our new warehouse.

Any thoughts?! Please help.
