Mutually exclusive promotions of different types

Hi, I have the need to create two mutually exclusive promotions like this:

  1. Buy 5, get 20% off - done with Script Editor
  2. Buy $200, get 10% off - done with Automatic Discounts at the moment, but open to changing it

Is there a way to SKIP or NOT apply #2, when #1 is present or even vice versa?
