Currently using the Dawn theme , I present you my problem:
On my site, my banner image is a little too big when the site is launched on my desktop (screen 1 ) and when I go on phone the banner is too small ( screen 2 ) . I have indicated in red what I approximately would like to remove on the desktop banner and on the phone, the size of the banner that I would like
@Dreikhhh - check if theme provides you the option to have mobile banner , if no then I recommend to use 2 separate banners, one for desk and one for mobile.

It seems like you are using a transparent header on a desktop, you can try checking your header settings in theme customization and then check if it works.
