My cart button keeps refreshing the page

This issue started all of a sudden over the weekend. It doesnt happen for all customers just some on mobile. They cant checkout as it just keeps refreshing.

  • Can you tell me what theme you’re using in your store
  • Can you provide me with a link to your store so I can test this in real-time with my own devices?
  • What button is being pressed in order to cause the error?
  • Is this happening with a particular product?
  • How many reports have you received?
  • Do you know what devices your customers are using? Are they using iphones, or android devices?

In past experiences, this issue is usually caused by a third party app, or something else that has had an impact on the coding of your cart page. It’s important to let me know if you recall installing any new applications, or editing the coding of your theme at all recently! I’ll keep my eyes peeled for your follow up!
