Can someone help as it is now stopping clients from making purchases?
I think your SSL wasn’t active before but now I can see it is active.

The Your Connection Is Not Private error message typically indicates that there is an issue with a website’s SSL certificate or the way your browser is connecting to the website. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificates are used to establish a secure and encrypted connection between a web server and your browser.
When you transfer a domain to Shopify, a TLS or SSL certificate is automatically issued within 48 hours after a domain transfer. This can take up to 20 days to complete.
In the future, if you experience this issue and more than 48 hours have passed since the completed domain transfer and your domain still has an SSL Pending status, then our support team will need to access your account to investigate.
However, as @ZenoPageBuilder has mentioned, it looks as though the SSL was not previously active but is now displaying as expected.
