My FAQ link doesn't work when clicking from a different section, only works from the homepage

I created my FAQ and put it on my main menu, and I set it up where when I click it from the homepage, it’ll scroll down on the FAQ section in the homepage. However, when I’m in my product or contact page, when I click my FAQ from there, It won’t load the homepage and then scroll down on the section. I assume I have to do a bit coding for this?
