I was running two ecommerece stores with approved merchant centers. But due to some reason, one of my merchant center account has been suspended. I have tried my best but unable to reinstate it. Now i am planning to redirect all of my website which has suspended merchant center to the other website which has approved merchant center. Will this effect my approved website merchant center or not?
I have tried everything but its not approving. Changed my website completely. but still they are not approving my merchant center.
As you indicated, one of your GMC accounts. Please note that Google usually suspends merchants with multiple accounts. Generally Google expects 1 business / merchant = 1 account / website.
I recommend that you close down and new accounts / websites you created, and keep only the old original account / website.

Ok but the old merchant is suspended
To resolve the suspension it is recommended to fix the issues for the original account. As you can imagine, if creating a new account was the solution, there would be little point suspended you in the first place.
