In the header section, the menu is visible on the desktop view, but it disappears in the mobile view.

You can view the mobile menu by clicking on the 3 lines which is on the left side in mobile header.

You can view the menu by clicking the three dots. This is pretty much standard design nowadays. You can change it but would need to custom code if your theme doesn’t include it.
