My store has been closed and my money held for 120 days, so after this time i wait to my money will be released in 30 July 2023, i did not received my money.
When i contacted the risk department team, they sended to me this email on 17 July 2023 :
“Additionally, our banking partners determined that there was a high risk of chargebacks for the orders that were placed and have placed a 120 day reserve on the account. If there are no chargebacks in this time the full amount of 801.9 EUR will be released to the bank account on file on July 30, 2023.Thank you,
Shopify Trust & Safety Team”
In 30 July 2023, i did not received any chargeback, so i still waited to send me my funds to my bank account, but they not sended to me the funds in my bank account.
When i contacted them they send me this email: “The full amount of pending payouts may be held by the Processor, in accordance with Section D.3 of the Shopify Payments Terms of Service.”
So that mean they will held my money for life and they will not send it to me, so i am waiting here for my money or i will make a claim to the law, because i got scammed, i shipped the products to my costumers, but when i still waited for my funds, they did not sended to me. I have all proofs about this, all conversations with agents, emails sended by the department team. So i will make a claim to releasing my funds.
Note: i still contact them by email and no one respond, so they scammed my money.
Note 2: when i contacted the agents by chat, they told me you will wait more, i am still waiting for 120 days + 30 days.

So that mean, they will not sending me my money, that’s mean they wanna to scam my funds or what ?
In 31 july 2023, i contacted them again, but they not respond to my emails, i wanna to make a claim to the law, because they not respond to my emails, and i did not received my money, that’s mean they will to scam me and my funds.

Shopify payments it’s a scam, they scammed my money, they did not respond to my emails for 200 days, they told me we will send your money after 120 days of hold, but they just laying to my money.
