Hi, @lachy7fb .

Thanks for reaching out and posting to the Shopify Community.

Has this recently happened and were you able to access your website previously?

Could you also provide a bit more information on the following:

  • Share a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing when navigating to your website.
  • Share your store URL.
  • Does this happen on other websites or just your Shopify store?

In the meantime, I suggest trying these alternative methods to access your website:

  • Try checking your internet connection and internet router.
  • Try using an incognito window or a private window.
  • Try changing the IP address by using a proxy, or router to switch your IP.
  • Update your computer or malware.

Looking forward to hearing back.

same thing happened to me and what is the solution

Hi there, @CpKalouni .

Welcome to the Shopify Community and thanks for joining the thread.

I understand you’re experiencing an issue with your website blocking your IP address. To gather more context here, is this occurring with other websites? Could you share a screenshot of the error message?

There may be a few reasons why your website is blocking your IP address.

  • Your website may have security measures in place that block certain IP addresses to prevent hacking attempts or other malicious activities.

  • If your IP address is generating excessive traffic to the website, it may trigger a block to prevent overloading the server.

  • It’s possible that your IP address has been mistakenly identified as a source of spam or other unwanted activity, leading to a block.

  • There may be technical issues with your website’s server or network that are causing the block.

In the meantime, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to see if it resolves the issue:

  • Check your IP address against blacklists to see if it has been flagged for spam or other unwanted activity. If so, take steps to address the issue and request removal from the blacklist.

  • If the block is due to excessive traffic, try reducing the amount of traffic generated by your IP address or using a different IP address.

I look forward to your reply.

Hi, I might have been experiencing this as well, but not sure.

I have automated tests in place on GitHub Actions, those tests work perfectly on my local. Those tests also worked well on its first and second push, but now it’s not.

How can I remove that blockage from my Automated testing and how long is the wait to get unblocked?

thanks
