My Product Page isn't showing the custom recommendations I made for a product (NORTH THEME)

My product pages are not showing my manual recommendations to pair with certain items. It only shows auto-generated products. An example link: https://mrfierze.com/products/boston-black-textured-shawl-tuxedo-jacket
