My store; www.serenityofthesea.com, is looking how I would like it to look. I have promoted it on Facebook but I’m also thinking about Google ads.
I tried to install the Shopify product reviews app but it doesn’t seem to install on my account. I follow the steps and it tells me to select reviews from the drop down menu but reviews isn’t listed in the drop down menu so I am unable to proceed any further.
Any ideas on how I could get more traffic to my store and get some sales please?

Regards your website and traffic, we have some suggestions you can consider improving for your store:
- Place testimonial section and let your customer write reviews right on your website (or you can consider giving discounts to encourage them to write, we suggest doing it through email)
Don’t forget to display rating stars along with reviews to increase trust. Other information such as name, country, submitted date are also important. You can try installing other review apps in case your current one is not working on your site.
- Be present on social media, other than Facebook
Your store look nice and clean. Product images are also of high quality and we appreciate that. With your current niche and products, we think Instagram is a very potential channel that you can take a look at. Since visual feed and display mode are the strengths of Instagram, you can take advantage of it. Also, you might want to invest part of your resources in Pinterest since it’s very promising for jewelry businesses (aesthetics of course!). Those social media presences get your business exposed to a wider audience through random feeds, collections and search. By this way, you could get more traffic to your website.
