Hi, I’ve been using Shopify for over a year and the ship rates have always given my customers various USPS options from First Class on up to Priority. But within the last month I’ve noticed when checking out, my customers only receive 2 options now- Priority and Overnight. This is very frustrating and often has resulted in loss of sales. I’ve checked the weights on my garments and they haven’t changed. I’ve also ensured that all options were checked via Manage Rates, but I just did a test order myself and it still only offers the higher priced shipping options. Please help me fix this issue.
