Someone help! I am new to Shopify and it’s just been couple of days I was building my store on a free 14 day trial plan and when I uploaded my visa card information to pay for a new one month plan to actually try to start selling products my store suddenly became inactive. I contacted customer service and they told me via email my store presents a level of risk and won’t tell me why. Furthermore Shopify won’t support any of my businesses. Right now I’m confused on what to do, I’m frustrated because I was really hoping on the store for my side hustle and I spent a lot of time editing and listing my products. I’m wondering if anyone encountered a similar problem and how they fixed it.
@raynor Hi, I understand that your site was down because of security. It depends number of factor like if your card is not valid debit or credit card, if your product is risky product like weed or etc. Can you tell me where are your store located ? From where you are trying to run your store?
