MY STOLEN STORE

  • PLEASE HELP ME. MY STORE/ACCOUNT HAS BEEN FROZEN FOR 5 AND A HALF MONTHS. IT ALL STARTED MARCH 17 MY STORE GOT HACKED I WAS ABLE TO RECOVER IT LUCKILY I THINK.. UPON RECOVERING MY STORE I DID WHAT ANYONE WOULD I CHANGED THE EMAIL IMMEDIATELY. IN THE PROCESS OF VALIDATING THE EMAIL MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT JUST DISAPPEARED. I THOUGHT IT HAD GOTTEN HACKED AGAIN LITTLE DID I KNOW IT WAS WORSE THAN THAT SHOPIFY’S IGNORANT ACCOUNT SECURITY TEAM FROZE IT FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE OF THIS FACT. I CONTINUED TO GO ON FOR 5 MONTHS THINKING MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND NOT ONE PERSON AT SHOPIFY TOLD ME ANYTHING DIFFERENT THEY ALL LEFT ME TO CONTINUALLY BE TORTURED. FINALLY ONE MAN TOLD ME WHAT EMAIL ACCOUNT IT WAS UNDER THATS WHEN I REALIZED THE VALIDATION ACTUALLY WORKED AT WHAT HAD HAPPENED I FIGURED NOW IT WAS GOING TO BE AN EASY FIX. OMG. I HAVE HAD TO VERIFY MY OWN IDENTITY SO FAR 4 TIMES THUS FAR SENDING IN PHOTOS WITH ME HOLDING UP MY DRIVERS LICENSE AND YES THERES A PHOTO OF MYSELF ON MY ACCOUNT. HAVING MY INTEGRITY DOUBTED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. BEING TOLD NO OVER AND OVER AGAIN WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT. TOLD I WAS EMAILED SHOWED PROOF I WAS EMAILED AND STILL NO EMAIL HAVING MY ACCOUNT ESCALATED OVER 30TIMES WITH ZERO RESOLUTION FOLD IT WAS LOST FORGOTTEN ABOUT IN WRONG DEPARTMENT. IDK WTF IS HAPPENING EXCEPT IM LOOSING MY MIND AND GOING ABSOLUTELY BROKE. PLEASE HELP! Thanks for your support!
