Narrative Theme: Responsive swiping of the product pictures

Hello,

currently I am using the Narrative theme which is quite good. However I have noticed something in the product page:

Normaly, you can click on a picture and then you either have the option to swipe left/right to switch to the next/previous picture or you can click on the arrows below. My problem is that if i swipe through the pictures with my phone, the swiping process is just awful. The animation stutters and often the picture isn’t even switching.

So I would like to know how to either

  1. Improve the swiping experience for mobile users

or

  1. Disable the swiping feature so that people only can use the arrows.

As you can see in the video, the swiping is quite buggy on the mobile version. So I would like to remove the swiping. Then the user can only navigate through the arrows.
