Navigation Menu still showing up despite being deleted

I have deleted an old menu (we are moving the store over to a new theme), made a new menu and inserted this in the navigation section on the page, but the old menu keeps appearing and won’t go away. Have literally spent days trying to sort this myself.. Any on this, going mental…, Haha

Where did you deleted old menu?

  1. Deleted in admin?

  2. Deleted in code or settings theme?

For solved, you need go to admin and remove old menu, after that create a new menu you expected, then go to setting theme find to menu setting and choose the menu you created.

Your store you are protecting by password, so it’s cannot access now.

I deleted in admin. I deleted all menu items and started again fresh. I have already done as you suggested to try and solve this issue…

So, How are going on that issue? Is it solve for you?

Still unable to remove this menu… From what I can understand there may be a page still up linking to that menu, but I can’t find one and I’m not sure I know how to delete the link anyway.. Can you suggest any solutions please?

Can you please capture image describe for new menu you created and old menu is appearing on your site?

And if possible you can provide the password access to your site? Currently, I still not access to site because it is protected.
