Hi, I have had my store for a few years now, however, I don’t feel I understand all the components of the store or the untapped possibilities. I am looking for suggestions. Has anyone hired help from Shopify? or outside help?

As for outside help, one thing you could consider is hiring a Shopify Expert for some design help or business advice.

I thought I requested help from Shopify, however, I was bombarded with outside people who were mostly short and kinda rude. I really need someone to walk me through my store and tell me what I could improve and show me what I can do with the site that I don’t realize!
