I need a search bar just like that and hopefully with the same functionality. I have a store with listings not of cars but of pre-owned mattresses (www.secondslumber.com) and I need an app where customers can select a province/state, a mattress size, then click search and see a page with a list of products that have the filtered tags.
Does anyone know anything like this or maybe someone who can code this from scratch?

Similar to the example you shared, it was originally created for the automotive industry. However, the fields are completely customizable. Check out the appearance of the app here.
