Hi @tommyz23 ,
This is Victor from PageFly - Landing Page Builder, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
HOME PAGE
1> Make sure all the titles stay in the same line.
Currently, the product title of the second product is way too low compared to the other products. I suggest you change the image dimensions or apply a min-height code to your image so that all the gaps between the product images and product titles are the same.
2> Add more Add to cart buttons
The Add to Cart button is the most critical thing we recommend you include. Users will be able to fill up their shopping carts in one session and then complete the purchase transaction without entering the product page. It will undoubtedly increase your conversion.
3> Display both regular price and discount price:
It’s preferable to provide both the regular and discount prices so that the audience can see the true number dropdown and decide to buy the product:
4> Make your CTA buttons more attractive
All the Call to action buttons need to add hover state to make user feel these buttons are active and clickable
For example, when the mouse hovers over the button will change to color, zoom out,… In this case, your buttons changed the color but it’s look close the the normal state
5> Include direct links in the footer to the “Return Policy”.
Can the item be returned? was a common query from test participants regarding return policies and practices while making an online purchase. Do I have to foot the bill for return shipping? How much time do I have to return something? Does the shipment time count toward that deadline? The answers to these questions are frequently crucial to a user’s purchasing choice because they must have faith in their ability to return the goods if there is a problem and be reassured that the return process will be easy and uncomplicated.
You may also add the following sections to your homepage to increase conversions:
- Increase sales by emphasizing your featured products: when the homepage failed to adequately emphasize why the business and its products were unique, subjects quickly lost interest in the brand and were more likely to leave the site.
- Add your brand’s story/feature to increase interaction.
COLLECTION PAGE
1> Allow customers to filter products by Featured/ Bestselling/ Price/ Alphabet/ Date
Since you have a wide range of products, the product filter will make it more convenient for users who need to be able to quickly tailor the product list to include only the most suitable items.
2> Use the ‘Load More’ button. Instead of Endless Scrolling and Pagination,
“Load More” proved to be the optimum loading pattern for both category-based product lists and search results across desktop and mobile platforms. A “Load More” option allows customers to determine whether or not they need to see more products, as well as to display all products on one page, making it easier to compare things
PRODUCT PAGE
1> Include both User rating average and number of ratings
Many users rely on ratings and reviews to select products and displaying them right on each product in the first place can quickly build your credibility.
2> Add recently-viewed section
You might consider giving all users (including those who aren’t signed in) access to a history-based recently viewed things list, and allowing them to change it.
For a variety of reasons, users may desire to revisit previously seen content.
For example, throughout both mobile and desktop testing, people frequently wanted to return to a product they’d seen before simply to reevaluate it after having looked at and rejected other options. Users will become bored and dissatisfied if it is too difficult to refind previously viewed things, and they may decide not to buy anything at all.
Furthermore, for the upcoming Valentine’s Day, will you run any campaigns? Here are some promotion ideas for your campaigns, I hope they will be useful for you.
1. Personalize Your Offer for Valentine’s Day
Gift-giving is almost like a ritual on Valentine’s day. You can make the most out of it by offering products around Valentine’s theme.
- If you already have products that people buy on Valentine’s Day, give them a little touch of love. It doesn’t matter if you’re selling a digital or a physical product.
- If you don’t have a physical product, you can still curate special Valentine’s Day offers around your services that can be used on Valentine’s Day like “two for one” or “buy one, get one” deals.
2. Mention Your Delivery Time & Rates Clearly
Delivery time is one of those things that can make or break your business. And if it’s some holiday, buyers take the delivery dates too seriously. To convert these visitors into potential buyers, mention your delivery dates clearly across your website, app, and emails. Also, specify the last date to place an order to reach on time.
3. Create Gift Guides
As mentioned earlier, Valentine’s Day is the season of gift-giving. But, when it comes to finding a perfect gift, people have what’s called a perpetual dilemma.
You can do this by making a Valentine’s day gift guide. Break the guide into sections based on gender, interests, or personality traits like this:
- By Category: Valentine’s Day gifts for her/him, couples, teenagers
- By Price Range: Best Valentine’s Day gift under $25, $50, $100
- By Interest: Gift ideas for art lovers, dog lovers, and foodies
Hope it helps and happy selling!
Warm regards,
