Need help creating a 'landing page' & adding music to site

I need help creating a landing page similar to https://bornfrompain.jp/ .

Not design wise, just a home page with no borders, no header and footer with a clickable image. I also need to be able to set the background to a video preferably without using an app, as they lag.

(preferably without using the /pages/home method, as you can see on https://bornfrompain.jp/ there is no /pages)

I also need to add background music to my site, I’ve used apps in the past for this but they’re not as seamless as https://bornfrompain.jp/ is.

All help is greatly appreciated .

it’s totally customization work,
for that you need a developer.
