Need Help! Need Gift Checkbox displayed in Order confirmation

What code module would be used to redisplay if a gift checkbox was ‘checked’ when in the cart?

It is not being carried over to the Checkout screen (if it is checked, yes or no) and also not being seen when we open the order in our Shopify Admin Orders screen.

The notes they enter are being carried over, but the ‘gift chckbox’ info is not.

Here is a screenprint of the top right of my test order as it is shown in Shopify Admin. The screen we would go to for filling the order. It says ‘no’ when I DID check the box.

If someone could tell me what module the code to carry this over would be in, I might be able to figure it out.

This is critical at this time of year. Yikes!

It may be an error in the code edit so for investigation I need you store collaboration code tso I can check and suggest you proper sollution

Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to settings

  2. select
    Users and permissions

  3. scroll down you see " Collaborator Request Code "

  4. just share that code so I get the collaboration access like editor access of your store so I can edit the CSS
