Need Help Removing White Space from Impulse theme Footer!

Hi There,

I keep trying to remove the white space in the footer of the Impulse theme and I can’t find anything that works!

I’ve been trying to edit it in the theme.css.liquid file but a lot of answers to this question don’t have the right code for the Impulse theme

I’ve attached a picture and scribbled in red the space I want to take out

Does anyone have a solution?
