Need help with Adding Discount to checkout page using store api

Hello,

I am working on custom app creation and I want to assign discount to product. And want discount code to be applied on checkout page StoreFront api. And I also want my to be installed on multiple stores with Api working.

Thanks for replying, but I want when I select product in my custom app which I have created. And Assign it let’s say 10% discount then, I have already done the part where I am able to Create discount but I want that discount Which I have created to be code not automatic discount and that discount code to applied automatically in checkout page. I was able to find that StoreFront api will be able to update discount in checkout page but Settings show’s that I have to make my app Single merchant But I want my app to be made public for all to use.
