Need to connect with the team that reviews and approves Shopify apps

We submitted our app to Shopify few weeks back. Got a reply that app hasn’t been accepted because the app page is blank.

We’ve checked it on our end and we’re unable to replicate the issue. Can we connect with someone from the Shopify apps team to understand the issue?

Have you tested app in incognito mode. By blocking thcookies. This is the way they usually test apps.

For better understanding of your app review you can chat with the Shopify team. In your partner dashboard you will find an Support option from there you can chat with them.
