Hey there, I recently received a email from Shopify on Oct 17th This is what it said.
You’ll now get paid faster for sales made with Shopify Payments. Payouts will arrive in your Shopify Balance account within an hour of the transaction date (UTC). |

Payouts for transactions made from 1:00 am to 8:00 am UTC could be delayed by up to 8 hours because of high processing volumes. This was sent to me on the 17th any it was great All payments paid out to my balance account with in 1hr but since the 21st it’s not taking 2-5 days . I didn’t change anything, same payment gateway used. I was even paid out from shop pay within 1 hr on Saturday and Sunday. I contacted Shopify and agent said he will email with information. |
