New Shopify Store deactivated without explanation

I had someone build a shopify store for me because I wanted to get started quickly. When the store was transferred to me, the store was shutdown almost immediately (ie… inactivated by Shopify). There was no explanation. Shopify support cannot provide any information either. It has been 10days now. I had hoped to be launched by now and running facebook ads but, instead I’m left wondering if I just flushed the money and time down the drain. Has this happened to anyone else? Did you eventually get your store back? I’m in tears today. How am I supposed to trust this plaftorm after this?

I have contacted Shopify support multiple times and they cannot tell me why it was shut down or if there is anything I can do. It’s maddening.

Did you ever get a resolution to this? I am going through this now (on day 12) with zero communication and no help from the help desk.

Hello, were you able to resolve this issue? The same thing happened to me and I haven’t had any answers for 12 days. I don’t know what to do anymore, and I can’t get a refund for the item. My store is a legitimate and serious company and they simply don’t resolve anything in customer service.
