Newbie Question but I can't see where to change this in the Minimal Theme

Hello, I love the simplicity of the Minimal Theme. I bought a few themes but all of them were overkill. However, I can’t seem to find a way to change the number of products on the collections page. It’s always 5. I want to be able to change it to 3 or 4 per row. I see how to change the numbers on the homepage when placing a section, but nowhere on the collection page. Can anyone help?
