On the Studio theme, you can add email signup as a page section block. And in the footer settings, there is checkbox to display the signup field in footer.
But, I can’t add it as a footer block in a multi-column footer.
My Liquid knowledge is enough do to some customisations on a page, but creating a custom footer block is a bit too complicated for me.
Is there a free plugin that allows me to add an email signup field as a footer block?
The only way to show email signup in the footer is enabling the option in the footer settings (which displays the field below the multi-column footer element).
I’m looking to do this exact same thing, but on my website. I understand that I would have to modify the style/code.

No problem! Here you go: for the theme in drafts titled “Updated copy of New Theme 2024 - STUDIO” I want the newsletter sign up to be in the far right column where currently the column “Heading” is, instead of underneath the four columns like it is currently.
One last question… is it possible to show me how to reduce the “padding” (not sure if that’s what it’s called) between the other columns of the footer and the newsletter? I’ve included a screenshot with it circled to show what I mean.
You can try this code by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to the online store ->Theme ->Edit Code.
Step 2: Find the theme.liquid file and add the following code above the tag
