I would like to be able to add additional collections to an existing collection. Is there an easy way to do this as it appears that it is still not possible to add a collection column to the bulk edit. Please pass on to the developers that another customer has requested this functionality.

Shopify doesn’t currently allow adding collections to existing collections directly. Here are some workarounds:

They know we need basic things like this, but intentionally removed them so they’re only available in paid apps (of which they always get a cut). It’s not what I think is an ethical way to do business, but technically it’s their choice. They’ve taken away basic capabilities like an adequate number of shipping profiles, extremely basic sort and filter options, and much more, so that the true monthly cost of a store is hidden until you’re invested in the store you thought was going to be a low monthly fee.
