NO Contact Form/Section for Supply Theme

I have the Supply Theme installed. While trying to customize the theme there is no contact section to add. How do I add a Contact Form/Page, etc.?

Also, when looking around on the internet for a answer i get a notices about vintage themes vs Online Store 2.0. which do i have? I’m confused about this. Am I using a “vintage theme”? Is that why there is no Contact?

1. Add a page from pages

2.Then select the contact theme from theme template.

1. Go to Online Store->Pages->Add page

2. Create new page and choose a contact tempate from theme template
