No Multi Column

Hi I need help on what to do about the site I am designing on Shopify. She is using Spark Theme and upon checking on to the editor section, there is no Multi Column feature with individual buttons. May I know what I can do to have it? Appreciate all your help

If your theme doesn’t have the multi column section by default then you will have to custom code it in your theme files to manually add it in your Shopify store. If you’re not familiar with coding then I suggest you to hire a Shopify developer who can help you out with that. Hi @Quinn1997 :waving_hand: If the section has “link” settings just style them to look like buttons, specifics vary wildly among themes though there may be existing solutions on the forums found through search.

If a theme doesn’t have this it’s an advanced theme customization to add buttons, styles and settings to an existing section that could fit this purpose, or transplant a suitable section from another theme such as the free Dawn based themes if any have such a feature.

I see you want to add a multicolumn section to your store your theme, and as you mentioned your theme doesn’t have the section.

The best solution for you would be to custom-code the multi-column section and you can take inspiration from the multi-column section of the Shopify Dawn theme, you can adjust the section’s code as per your store’s requirements.

Where can I find the custom code for Multi Column?

To get the code for the multi-column section, you need to first add the Dawn theme to your store and then you can use the theme editor to access the source code of the Dawn theme. Then you can extract the code from the Dawn theme to your specific theme.
